Voye’s Terms and Conditions:

Introduction
1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”), as may be amended from time to time by Voye Global Connectivity Ltd. (“Voye”) apply to Voye’s website and or its application (collectively “Application”) and all services rendered by Voye in connection with the sale and use of prepaid eSIMs (“eSIMS”).
2. By accessing, browsing and using the Application and/or making a purchase on the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions set out below and the privacy statement. You further authorize that you have the legal capacity to agree and accept these terms and conditions.
Services
1. Data Plans. Voye sells ESIM based, international connectivity pursuant to prepaid plans in accordance with the Plan Description (“Plan” and “Services” respectively). You can find our Plan Description here.
2. Duration of Services. You may begin using Services after receipt of confirmation of successful installation of the ESIM on your device. Services begin upon the date of activation of the ESIM on your device and end upon the earlier of when your Plan terminates, expires, or you deleted the ESIM from your device. In the event you used all the data allowance on your Plan, you may extend your Plan by purchasing a top up for an additional fee, all as further described in the Plan Description.
3. Suspension of Services. If you breach this Agreement or take any other action that jeopardizes the security of the Application, Services or others users, Voye may suspend your use of Services, and you shall be liable for all charges during such suspension.
4. Your Obligations. You must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive actions when using the Application or Services.
Registration
1. Registration. To use Services, you must register on the Application, accept these terms and conditions and pay the applicable price for your Plan.
2. Device Compatibility. You must ensure that your device is ESIM compatible and network unlocked before your purchase. By checking “I have an ESIM compatible and network-unlocked device and my destination is supported” before proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have checked, this information is correct, and no refund will be provided if your device is not ESIM compatible or if your destination country is not supported. You must check the list of ESIM compatible devices provided at checkout and the list of countries that are supported. The list is not exhaustive.
Fees and Payments
1. Fees. Services are available on a prepaid basis only. All charges include VAT, unless specified otherwise. Payments are nonrefundable except as explicitly provided in our Refund Policy. You shall not be entitled to offset any amounts against amounts due to Voye, except where such amounts are undisputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment.
2. Payment Processing. All payments are processed and secured by our provider, Stripe. Financial information is submitted directly by you to Stripe and Voye will not be responsible for processing or storing this information. We therefore ask that you please consult the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Stripe before submitting any information.

Refunds
1. Refunds shall be available only in accordance with our refund policy, which is part of these Terms and Conditions here.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Damages
1. Disclaimer. Voye does not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or without errors. The materials on the Application are provided “as is”. Voye makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Voye does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Application or otherwise relating to such materials or on any Applications linked to this Application.
2. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Voye be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of or inability to use the Application or Services, even if Voye has been advised of the same. Voye shall not be liable for any damages alleged due to interruption in Services. The total liability of Voye for any and all damages, losses or causes of action, whether in contract or tort, including but not limited to negligence, arising from this Agreement or use of the Application or Services shall in no event exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Services that were not available for your use.
Modifications
1. The Plans from Voye are offered as-is, and no further modifications or customizations can be made based on individual requests once purchased.
2. Operators and countries of service supported may change during the duration of the Plan.
Entire Agreement
1. These Terms and any policies incorporated in these Terms contain the entire agreement between you and Voye regarding the use of Services and Application and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings between you and Voye.

Jurisdiction, Venue and Choice of Law
1. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding conflicts of law rules or principles. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in courts of Tel Aviv.
